Inspiration: Having had family members who have battled addiction and depression, I understand how a seemingly happy person might be fighting some inward battles. The harlequin clown can symbolize both sides of happiness and sadness, and the wine glass represents both a symbol of addiction as well as the isolation and loneliness it can bring.
