Theme: Putting Down Roots
Inspiration: Grant Wood’s classic painting “American Gothic” is instantly recognizable and has always intrigued me with its hidden meaning. To me it has always had to do with farming and family roots. I wanted to recreate that feeling and pay homage to Wood.
